Research On The Standardization Of Public Security Law Enforcement In The Era Of Big Data

Public security law enforcement standardization construction in China has been through several years of time.This is a great reform and innovation.There is neither ready-made complete theory to guide nor years of practical experience to assist.At the same time,under the background of the construction of a government under the rule of law and the continuous improvement of public service levels.Society as a whole has gradually increased its awareness of the rule of law and safeguarding its rights,and the requirements for the standardization of public security law enforcement will become more and more specific.This makes the standardization construction of public security law enforcement,a major event related to the overall situation of public security work,more important and urgent in the construction of the rule of law in our country.The standardization of public security law enforcement is a systematic and long-term task.It requires the cooperation of various departments to form a joint force,and ultimately achieve the effect of standardizing the police’s administrative law enforcement,providing a good social security environment for the people,and better serving the people.Based on the theory of new public service,the theory of rule of law,etc.,this paper analyzes the status quo of the standardization of public security law enforcement in my country through questionnaire survey and case analysis.First of all,through to our country public security law enforcement norms of carding and research of relevant policy documents and practice,we have an overall grasp of the current situation of the standardization of public security law enforcement in China;secondly,through questionnaire surveys,we understand the current public evaluation of the status quo of the standardization of public security law enforcement in our country.There is an overall understanding of the status quo of the standardization of public security law enforcement in China;after that,take the "LY case" as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis and summary of the specific problems in public security law enforcement in China,and analyze the causes of these problems in depth,and recognize the public security at the most basic level.The shortcomings in the standardization of law enforcement;finally,based on the analysis results of the case problems,targeted optimization countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The study found that there are a series of problems in the standardization of public security law enforcement in China: lack of standardization concept,irregular law enforcement process,improper use of discretionary power,etc.;in-depth analysis of the reasons behind them:imperfect law enforcement system,lack of effectiveness of law enforcement supervision,law enforcement Insufficient protection,etc.,and then targeted relevant measures to improve the standardization of public security administrative law enforcement in China: Strengthen standardize law enforcement concept of propaganda and education,improve the overall level of public security law enforcement personnel;improve law enforcement standards,and improve relevant laws and regulations;improve law enforcement The supervision system,etc.,provide a certain reference for the standardized construction of public security law enforcement throughout the country.
