Analysis And Thinking On Law Enforcement Standardized Construction In Pubiic Security Organs

Strengthening law enforcement standardized construction in public security organs is an important strategic act to implement the scientific concept of development, to promote the public security work and team construction. It is an important measure to ensure public security organs’ rational peaceful civilized and standard law enforcement, to increase the public security organs’ ability of safeguarding social harmony and stability, to raise the public reputation for its law enforcement and also to construct harmonious relations between the police and the people. But for some historical and practical reasons, there are still some law enforcement problems in public security organs such as uncorrected mind, nonstandard enforcement subject, low enforcement quality, unimplemented regulations improper enforcement behavior unscientific management and inoperative supervision, which influence social fairness and justice, damage the public security organ’s reputation and image.Starting with the contents and demands of public security organs’ law enforcement standardization, this thesis summarizes the problems and current situation of public security organs’ law enforcement standardization lays out the reasons of this problems analyses the main elements that influence public security organ’s law enforcement standardization on the basis of empirical analysis to policeman’s daily state of law enforcement. It also raises some targeted countermeasures and suggestion aiming at enhancing the law enforcement standardized construction in public security organs. The investigation to this topic is in favor of raising the level of public security organs’ rational peaceful civilized and standard law enforcement contributes timely efficient informational and scientific enforcement supervision. It also has instructive significance to increase the public security organ’s reputation in law enforcement and maintain the image of the police.This thesis includes six chapters. The author lists some nonstandard phenomena that happened in the public security organs’ law enforcement procedure. Comparing with the new demands to the police work in new time, the author also gives a comprehensive and deep analysis to the main reasons of the problems and raises some constructive countermeasures and suggestion.From the view of grass-roots public security organs’ groundwork, this thesis makes a comprehensive and deep analysis to the topic of law enforcement standardized construction in public security organs.
