Research On The Role Of The Government In Promoting The Transformation Of Agricultural Science And Technology Achievements And Countermeasures

To rejuvenate the nation,the countryside must be rejuvenated.During the historical intersection of the "two centenary goals",the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a major judgment on the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the major changes in the world unseen in a century.A strategic plan for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and realizing agricultural modernization was put forward.As an indispensable part of agricultural modernization,the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements plays a key role in the prosperity of agriculture,the beauty of rural areas,and the prosperity of farmers.This paper takes the role of the Chengdu government in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements as the research object.Through field research and literature review,it finds the shortcomings of the government in promoting the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements in this city,and combines advanced experience at home and abroad to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This research is divided into six parts: the first section is the introduction;the second section is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis;the third section is the status quo of the Chengdu government’s role in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements;the fourth section is the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements The fifth section is the advanced experience in the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements at home and abroad;the sixth section is the countermeasures and suggestions to play the role of the government to promote the transformation of Chengdu’s scientific and technological achievements.Through research,it is found that although the Chengdu government has continuously proposed and implemented a series of strategic plans to accelerate the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,and achieved obvious results,compared with foreign developed countries and domestic advanced cities,there are still agricultural science and technology achievements transformation.Policies need to be improved,the quality of the main body of agricultural science and technology and achievement transformation needs to be improved,and the relevant systems and mechanisms for the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements are not perfect.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to improve the policy system that is conducive to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,establish a new mechanism that is conducive to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements,strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation system,cultivate the ability of independent innovation and achievement transformation of agricultural organizations,and attach importance to the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.Countermeasures and suggestions,such as talent training and use,and increasing capital investment in the transformation of achievements,provide reference and reference for the government to more efficiently promote the transformation of local agricultural science and technology achievements.
