Study On The Promotion Of Public Service Ability Of S Town Government In Hohhot City

To promote rural revitalization and development and improve the rural basic public service system are important goals of rural social modernization in the new era.The township government is the main body of responsibility for the implementation of public service supply,shouldering the mission of providing diversified and satisfactory services for the masses.Taking S town government of Hohhot City as an example,examining the current situation,deficiencies and countermeasures of its public service ability.Firstly,based on case study method,interview method,etc,it is found that after deepening the institutional reform,S town has gradually established a public service security system,and made efforts to promote the supply of public services in the fields of infrastructure,education and culture,medical and health care,social security and social security,which has achieved certain results.Second,since S township government function transformation is relatively slow,unreasonable allocation of resources,etc,such as the lack of a single reason,its public service ability is insufficient,characterized by fuzzy cognitive consciousness of public service,public service supply insufficiency,the imbalance in the structure of the public service ability,public service from the masses need,etc.Then,in order to alleviate the above problems,through the analysis of excellent reform cases at home and abroad,to provide experience for S town government’s public service reform: to clarify the division of power and responsibility of the township government,strengthen the service supply of social organizations,standardize the participation channels of the people in the jurisdiction,etc.Finally,based on the enlightenment of S town’s existing problems and cases,the thesis puts forward countermeasures to improve the public service capacity of S town’s government,namely,deepening the reform of public service management,optimizing the allocation of public service resources,promoting the innovation of public service assessment,and improving the multi-service supply mode.
