Research On The Entry And Exit Management Of Dual Nationality Persons In The Airport Of T City

Today,as globalization is getting deeper and deeper,as national strength is gradually increasing,China is transforming from immigration export to immigration import.This problem of complexity of immigration has brought the nationality management issue to the surface.Currently,China still denies dual nationality and insist on single nationality.However,the dual nationality exists due to the non-mandatory of nationality management.Engaging in immigration management,I found that the entry and exit management of dual nationality is gradually deviating from the needs of the new situation.The actual management is contrary to the "Exit and Entry Administration Law" and "Nationality Law",which not only harms the public authority but also brings huge difficulties to immigration management.This paper uses document method,interview method and comparative methods to study the current situation of dual nationality management during the immigration inspection in T city airport.Through combing the status quo,the inspection process,and the team building,etc.of dual nationality in the immigration management,analyze the drawbacks and causes.Faced with dual identities persons evading border inspections,covering up illegal crimes and other hazards,finding effective solutions based on immigration system theory and social control theory.On the basis of the overall national security,we need to establish an efficient and standardized immigration management team,improve the legal system of immigration management,ensure the safety of border and finally construct an immigration management system based on Chinese characteristics.Based on theoretical and practical research,I believe that to solve the immigration management dilemma of dual nationality under the single nationality policy,it needs five aspects,including reshaping governance concepts,optimizing law enforcement structures,innovating technology applications,playing a role on market,and strengthening propaganda and guidance.And set goals in two steps.The short-term goal is to consolidate the foundation of law enforcement with clear laws and regulations,clarify the management concept,and resolve the immigration management on dual nationality.The long-term goal is to eliminate dual nationality which is an objective illegal act and building a complete immigration management system by defending legal authority and safeguarding national security.
