Standardization Construction Of Village Partyorganizations Practice Path Research

Realizing the standardization and standardization of party branches is a new construction requirement put forward by the Party Central Committee for all grass-roots party branches.In September 2018,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee reviewed and approved the "Regulations on the Work of Chinese Communist Party Branches(for Trial Implementation)",which clearly pointed out that it is necessary to "strengthen the standardization and standardization of Party branches." The standardization construction of party organizations at the level is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the construction of party organizations at the village level in the new era.At present,the loose and soft problems of some village-level party organizations need to be solved urgently,and the standardization of village-level party organizations can effectively improve the organizational power of village-level party organizations,and give full play to the role of village-level party organizations in leading the development of various undertakings in the village.Therefore,the standardization construction of village-level party organizations is also a realistic need for village-level party organizations to strengthen their own construction.Most of the existing research focuses on the standardization construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.At present,the relevant research on the standardization of village-level party organizations has just started.Therefore,research on the practical path of village-level party organization standardization is conducive to enriching village-level party organizations.The theory of organizational standardization construction and the theory of quality construction of village-level party organizations,while at the practical level,is conducive to promoting the revitalization of village-level party organizations and helping rural revitalization.This paper mainly uses the method of literature research,interview investigation and system analysis to study how to realize the standardization construction of village-level party organizations,clarifies the basic concept and theoretical basis of the standardization construction of village-level party organizations,and analyzes the current situation of village-level party organizations in In view of the difficulties faced in the standardization construction,a practical path for the standardization construction of village-level party organizations is put forward in a targeted manner.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the main content is the background of the topic selection,the significance of the topic selection,the research status,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the basic concept and theoretical basis of the standardization construction of village party organizations.The scientific connotation and main content of the standardization construction of village-level party organizations are explained.By sorting out Marx and Engels’ thoughts on branch construction,Lenin and the previous major leaders of the Communist Party of China on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations,the theoretical basis of the standardization of village-level party organizations is explained.The third chapter is the empirical analysis of the standardization construction of village-level party organizations.By investigating the current situation of standardization construction of five village-level party organizations in two districts and counties in Chengdu,the main problems existing in the standardization construction of village-level party organizations in current practice are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the practice path of village-level party organization standardization construction.Based on the difficulties faced in promoting the standardization construction of village-level party organizations in current practice,it is pointed out that: standardize the organizational system of village-level party organizations,strictly enforce the three meetings and one lesson of village-level party organizations,and strengthen the team of village-level party organizations.Building,improving the basic guarantee of village-level party organizations,and strengthening the function of village-level party organizations are the practical paths for the standardization of village-level party organizations.
