Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Duty Performance Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Agencies In City C Under The Theory Of Power Restriction And Supervision

Strengthening the restriction and supervision in the exercise of power and ensuring the normal and efficient operation of public power are the key control links of national governance.Improving the supervision system of the party and the state is one of China’s long-term development goals by 2035.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee has strengthened self-improvement and purification,and built a highly efficient power supervision system.As the "peripheral nerve" to extend the power supervision system of the party and the state,resident supervision is an important link in the construction of the "four full coverage" power supervision pattern.In recent years,the municipal level dispatched offices of the Discipline Inspection Commission and supervision commission of City C of Shanxi Province have faithfully performed their duties and compacted their responsibilities,and have vigorously played a major role in supervising and ensuring implementation and promoting improvement and development.However,in this process,there are still many weak links in the work of some accredited institutions.How to further deepen the reform of the supervision system,improve the effectiveness of the supervision role of the accredited institutions,perform the supervision duties,and promote the supervision units and their members to abide by discipline and law,and use power impartially is a problem worthy of constant consideration.As a member of the post office in City C,from the perspective of work,the author has a personal experience of the actual situation of the post office,such as the unsmooth work,the insufficient ability of cadres to perform their duties,and the dislocation and absence of supervision.Through two years of study in public management,I have a certain understanding of relevant theories.Under the guidance of my tutor,I made a series of studies on the performance of discipline inspection and supervision agencies in City C by using the theory of power restriction and supervision,through literature analysis,investigation and interview,and questionnaire survey.I pointed out that there are problems in the current supervision of the agencies,such as overlapping power allocation,inadequate function transformation,insufficient supervision means,and nonstandard system construction.I proposed that through scientific allocation of power,improving the supervision and restriction system Give full play to the overall efficiency and strengthen the team building,so as to provide countermeasures for improving the efficiency of supervision and promoting the construction of Party style and clean government.The research in this paper at both theoretical and empirical levels can provide reference and basis for promoting the further deepening of the resident supervision reform in City C,and then effectively play the supervision role of the discipline inspection and supervision resident institutions.
