Research On The Construction Of "Jinpu Release" Government Microblog In Jinpu New District,Dalian City

The in-depth application of government microblogs has become an important choice for many local governments to improve the level of e-government services,and it is also an indispensable part of the modern administrative system reform.In order to further explore the current situation of the construction and use of government microblogs in our country,this paper selects the government microblog case "Jinpu Release" in Jinpu New District,Dalian City.It adopts the method of combining theoretical research with applied research,and uses the related theories of public management and sociology to carry on the research.The construction of "Jinpu Publishing" government affairs microblog has achieved certain results,especially during the epidemic prevention and control period,"Jinpu Publishing" has become an important Internet platform for the official release of epidemic prevention and control notices and related information.In recent years,the rising influence has provided an effective platform for the people to participate in the deliberation and administration of state affairs and a guarantee for the construction of a service-oriented government.But "Jinpu Publishing" government affairs microblog still has some problems.This paper uses the questionnaire method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the main users of "Jinpu Publishing",deeply analyzes the main problems and causes in the construction of "Jinpu Publishing" government affairs microblog,and explores solutions.The study found that: "Jinpu Release" government affairs microblog subjects are not very active,there is a lack of positive interaction between government affairs microblog subjects and objects,the government affairs microblog platform is not operating well,the related mechanism of government microblog construction is not perfect and there is a lack of relevant professionals;the reason for the problems lies in government affairs microblogs.The concept of bloggers asking about politics has been weakened,the interaction of civil affairs has been neglected,the construction of government affairs microblog platforms is not perfect,and there is a lack of professional personnel training and system construction;solutions include enhancing the initiative of government affairs microblog users,enhancing the use of civil affairs interaction functions,and optimizing government affairs microblogs.The construction of the blog platform,and the establishment of a professional government microblogging talent training system.The research results are helpful for the relevant departments of Jinpu New Area to further correctly understand the importance and influencing factors of the construction of "Jinpu Release" government affairs microblog,and can provide a reference for further deepening the construction of e-government in Jinpu New Area in the new period,and can also be used for promoting financial services.Provide empirical support for the improvement of the credibility of the Puxin District government.
