The rapid development of social economy has accelerated the population flow between different regions.and the overall internal structure of the population has also changed.The scale of the floating population has been expanding.which has brought great challenges to the management level of the city.In order to better tap the potential of the floating population group and carry forward the positive role brought by this group.the local government departments continue to increase the management of the floating population.At present.most government departments implement a more traditional preventive management in their jurisdiction.Under the current market economy background.it is obviously more suitable to pay equal attention to management and service.The main body of the way is the local government.and all sectors of society are important participants.The main purpose is to achieve the dynamic management of floating population.so that the floating population can still guarantee their rights and interests from the original registered residence to the inflow place.The research object of this study is S community in Hefei.It focuses on the specific situation of floating population management in S community.and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the current floating population management mode in this community.In the research of this subject.the methods of literature research.interview and questionnaire survey are mainly used.In the early data collection stage.the statistical data of registered floating population are mainly obtained from the Public Security Bureau of S community as the data basis for the current situation of floating population and management analysis of floating population in S community.Through data analysis.this paper deeply excavates the problems existing in the management system subject and mode of floating population in this community.The current problems in the community mainly include inaccurate positioning of the management subject of the floating population.insufficient management personnel and funds.imperfect management mechanism and so on.In addition.the current management mode of floating population in S community is relatively backward.Considering the development of the management mode of floating population in the whole community.it is proposed that the local government should strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of floating population.improve corresponding laws and regulations.change regional management to national management.promote the innovation of floating population management.vigorously solve the current problems of floating population management.and realize the high-level development of community population management.
