| In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology and the wide application of the network, more and more people begin to use the network as the preferred way to obtain information, especially the information related to personal health. In this background,a variety of healthy communities are mushrooming and thriving, such as Diabetic Connect and Patients Like Me overseas, good doctor website, medical network, medical search website and Spring Rain Doctor at home.Through the online health platform, users can subscribe the service to get the latest health information push, conduct online consultation and disease diagnosis and treatment anytime and anywhere. They can also share their own illness experience to get emotional support and encouragement. The emergence of the Internet has greatly optimized the information acquisition behavior of users, and more and more elderly people can search health information through the Internet to better manage their own health. However, due to the differences in the knowledge content and service levels provided by various online health communities, and the lack of familiarity with the use of the Internet by the elderly themselves,it takes more time and effort for elderly users to obtain the high-quality information. Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and analyze the information needs of elderly users of online health communities and provide them with targeted health information services.Taking the information demand of specific diseases as the starting point is the most common research method for the health information demand research at home and abroad, but the research on the health information needs of specific populations is extremely rare, and very few studies have been done from the perspective of the text itself to dig deep into the users’ information needs, which causes many research samples to be insufficient to reflect the actual needs of more users. At present, some literature based on text mining to study users’ information needs mostly uses data mining techniques, and does not consider the data mining pressure brought about by the rapid growth of the number of texts in the era of big data.In addition, the current academic articles about internet data analysis are mainly foreign mainstream database resources, such as Yahoo Q&A,little has been done based on Chinese mainstream database, online health communities are the most important way for domestic users to obtain online health information, however, the statistical data of online health community Q&A section is largely unused.Based on the data of online text mining and offline semi-structured interviews, this paper investigates and analyzes the health information needs of the elderly of the online health community by using LDA theme model and data coding methods, respectively. This paper takes elderly users as the main research object, crawls the user question and answer text of the geriatrics area of the good doctor online website, using the web crawler tool identifies the important keywords and themes of the text through theme clustering, and obtains the types and preferences of the health information needs of the elderly users in the online health community,as well as the trend characteristics and distribution characteristics of information demand. Then, offline interviews and data coding analysis are used to further verify the conclusions. Finally, based on the research results, corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for the health information services of elderly users of online health communities. The content of this paper is structured as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction, expounds the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, research ideas and innovations..Chapter 2 introduces some concepts and the theoretical basis, including the definition of the online health community, the theoretical basis of information demand, and the text data mining and LDA theme model methods.Chapter 3 is the empirical study of information demand of the elderly users.Based on the analysis of LDA topic model, the information needs of the elderly users of online healthy community were extracted by using the method of text mining and offline semi-structured interview.Chapter 4 analysis the elderly users’ information needs,to elaborates the online health community senior citizen information demand under each kind of different intensity information demand content.Chapter 5 proposes the optimization strategy of online health community information service.According to the results of investigation and analysis, some targeted optimization strategies were put forward..Chapter 6 summarizes the main research work in this paper, and points out some possible directions for future study and improvement. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions.First, the information needs of elderly users in online health communities mainly include disease symptoms, examination, disease diagnosis, treatment and Chinese medicine.Secondly, based on the interview results, the information needs of the elderly users in online health community were summarized into 72 free nodes,52 master nodes,8 tree nodes,4 categories and 1 core category.Thirdly, elderly users in online health communities have different demands for different types of information. The study found that the elderly users have a higher demand for the convenience of platform information search,a higher demand for disease prevention and diagnosis and treatment advice,a lower demand for personal privacy and payment security information, and a general demand for TCM physiotherapy and dietary health.Fourthly, the optimization strategy of online health community information service includes promoting the development of retrieval function, improving the design of navigation, strengthening the construction of information resources, improving the medical care, enriching the content of health information, paying attention to the nursing of the aged, paying attention to the safety of user information, and perfecting the protection measures. |
