| In recent years,major emergencies have occurred frequently in China,and the performance of traditional emergency logistics in major emergency activities cannot meet the needs of modern emergency activities,so the intelligent transformation of traditional emergency logistics has become an inevitable trend.The emergence of new technologies such as big data and blockchain has provided technical support for the intelligent transformation of traditional logistics,and smart logistics has become an important development direction of modern logistics industry.In this context,it is urgent to realize the coordinated development of intelligent emergency logistics under major emergencies as a major measure to solve the traditional emergency logistics problems of major emergencies.In addition,in the process of handling major emergencies,the local government is generally the guide of major emergency response activities,the social logistics enterprises are the bearers of major emergency logistics activities,and the intelligent logistics information platform is the publisher of various demand and supply information of major emergency response activities.It can be seen that promoting the coordinated development of smart emergency logistics still requires the cooperation of all parties.Therefore,it is of practical significance and value to study the positive impact of multi-agent participation on the development of smart emergency logistics for major emergencies.From the perspective of three-party evolutionary game,this paper explores the impact of government coordination mechanism,social logistics enterprise technology innovation,and intelligent logistics information platform optimization services on the efficient and coordinated development of intelligent emergency logistics for major emergencies.Firstly,the three-party evolutionary game model of local government,social logistics enterprises and intelligent logistics information platform under the situation of major emergencies is constructed;Secondly,construct the dynamic equation of three-party replication and analyze the stability of the equilibrium point in the threeparty game system of coordinated development of intelligent emergency logistics based on Lyapunov’s first rule,and discuss the promotion role of local government,social logistics enterprises,and intelligent logistics information platform in the efficient and coordinated development of intelligent emergency logistics;Finally,based on the emergency prospect of intelligent emergency logistics,take Guangxi North Gulf Intelligent Logistics Information Platform as an example,establish a three-party evolutionary game system dynamics SD model based on the above evolutionary game process,and use Vensim software to simulate and analyze the evolution process and key influencing factors.Finally,based on the analysis,discussion and summary of the above evolutionary game process and simulation results,from the perspective of local government,social logistics enterprises and intelligent logistics information platform,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of intelligent emergency logistics under major emergencies,so as to improve the operational efficiency,service level and rapid response ability of intelligent emergency logistics,and reduce the loss of emergency logistics in major emergencies. |
