Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax Payment Service Of C County Tax Bureau

In May 2020,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council put forward in the government work report that the reform of "decentralization,management and service" has been promoted in depth.The reform of "decentralization,management and service" has been the focus of government work in recent years.The tax department is an important part of the government,and has been continuously exploring and deepening in the process of "decentralization,management and service" reform.The State Administration of Taxation has set the theme of the 29 th National Tax Publicity Month in 2020 as "reducing taxes and fees,providing better services,helping to restore production and promote development",and the theme of the 30 th National Tax Publicity Month in 2021 as "benefiting the people and doing practical things,deepening reform and opening up new bureaus",indicating that the tax authorities have taken tax service work as the focus of their work.Grass-root tax authorities are the forefront of tax work.They directly deal with taxpayers.Their words and deeds are related to the image of the tax authorities.Doing a good job in the tax service of grass-roots tax authorities is essential to create a good business environment.Based on the background of the reform of "deregulation and service delivery",this paper takes the tax service provided by the tax bureau of C County as the research object,uses research methods such as literature review and questionnaire survey,studies the theory of service-oriented government and tax compliance,and combines the research materials related to the tax bureau of C County that I have mastered in my work to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the tax service provided by the tax bureau of C County,and designs a questionnaire,Based on the research and investigation results,it is pointed out that there are currently four problems in the C County Tax Bureau: inadequate tax service promotion work,the need to improve the comprehensive quality of the staff in the tax service department,the low user experience of the self-service tax system,and the poor connection of tax service work.By analyzing the causes of these problems,we can make a timely summary,explore and improve the tax service countermeasures in line with the C county tax bureau,Advocate C County Tax Bureau to improve its tax service promotion system,enhance the service awareness of tax personnel,strengthen the management of self-service tax services,and strengthen internal and external collaboration within the department.
