Job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants not only determines the level of administrative efficiency and service level,but also affects the well-being of the people.The job satisfaction of the basic level civil servants is worth paying attention in the new situation From the many factors influencing on the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,the author chooses three levels of factors,factors of demographic characteristics,the new situation and job factors,which factors are further subdivided five variables: job characteristics,paid work,interpersonal relationships,promotion opportunities,work pressure.In order to study the influence factors on job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,In this paper,the author collects data from the Zhuzhou finance bureau.By using SPSS20.0 software to analyse the questionnaire data,Final results show that,(1)Overall job satisfaction is low,but the turnover intention is not obvious.(2)Some demographic characteristics have a significant impact on job satisfaction.Administrative level,civil service seniority,technical title,annual income will affect job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants.(3)The satisfaction of influence factors is different.The satisfaction of promotion opportunities and job payment is lowest,but the interpersonal relationship is more satisfactory.(4)The new civil service pay reform and anti-corruption have a certain impact on the job satisfaction of civil servants.(5)From the results of the regression analysis of job satisfaction,job pay and promotion opportunities have the most significant impact on job satisfaction,job characteristics and interpersonal relationships have an impact on job satisfaction,but in a secondary position.Based on the results of the study,in order to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,from pay and promotion two aspects,the author advices the measures,hoping to provide a reference for the management of grass-roots civil servants in Zhuzhou Finance Bureau.
