Research On Tax Service From The Perspective Based On Taxpayer Satisfaction Survey On The Case Of N City Tax Bureau

Tax is closely related to the country and the people.It is one of the most important sources of national fiscal revenue and the gathering point of national financial resources.Tax service is one of the factors that play a decisive role in whether the country is rich and strong,whether the people are happy and whether the goal of building a great modern socialist country can be realized.Tax service is the bridgehead to implement the tax-related policies of the Party and the government and the bridge between the Party and the country and the people.Due to the urgent social development and the needs of taxpayers,tax authorities need to transform to improve the relationship with taxpayers,so as to improve the tax authorities’ ability to pay tax services,public image and taxpayer satisfaction.Under the new situation of "adhere to the people as the center and build a service-oriented government satisfied by the people" put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,tax service work is facing more challenges and the tax service pattern is facing major changes.Tax authorities are required to improve the convenience of tax handling and payment,optimize the business environment and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers.With the tax bureau of N City as the research object,this study focuses on the discussion and analysis of tax payment services.Starting from the taxpayer satisfaction,this study uses case analysis,question survey and other methods to carry out research on the data samples of the domestic taxpayer satisfaction survey in 2021 and the taxpayer satisfaction survey in N City.Based on the satisfaction index of taxpayers in N City,This paper analyzes the needs of taxpayers and the status quo of tax payment services in this city.Through the study on the satisfaction of taxpayers,this paper draws on the advanced experience of tax handling services in developed areas such as Shanghai,Hangzhou and Shenzhen,and takes precise measures to improve the tax business environment,innovate technology,explore new modes of contactless tax handling,and improve services.To construct a new pattern of smart taxation and other directions to optimize and improve the work of methods,to provide reference and inspiration for the tax service quality and level of N City tax bureau.In general,from the perspective of taxpayer satisfaction,the research on the tax service of N City should focus on the tax authorities’ awareness of tax service and the stability of the tax declaration system.These two factors are the key factors affecting the taxpayer satisfaction,and the key to whether the tax service can be done well.Centering on these two aspects of work to carry out other tax services,is the real work for the people.
