Research On The Interactive Process Of Party Building And Community Construction In Grassroots Social Governance

China has been carrying out urban community construction since the mid-1990s.Scholars hope to make the place to be a real autonomy community.However,the formation of community in this sense is still a difficult problem.The study of community construction in China should not only be based on western theories,but also explore the development path with local characteristics.The party building is the native element in our country community construction.Therefore,this paper focuses on the interactive process of party building and community building in grassroots social governance,in order to advance the previous research.The community construction of Shanghai K street get good grades,and the party construction has been attached importance to in the practice of community construction.Based on this,the author conducted an investigation on Shanghai K street from the perspective of social organization,and analyzed how the party organizations interact with the community construction in different stages,and the community's feedback.The study found that,according to the needs of different periods,the k street community party organization changed three ways of administrative driving development,service leading and embedded development,making the community "organized" and promoting the development of community construction.And its final embedded development this one party builds a way to reveal gradually the party builds to lead the ideal state of the community construction.It pays more attention to the reconstruction of the community governance system under the premise of respecting the community autonomy,and promotes the community multi-subjects to form synergy.Finally,the author tries to analyze the underlying causes of the transformation of the interactive mode between party construction and community construction from the aspects of the development of social power and the sociality highlighting of party organization,so as to respond to the interactive process between party construction and community construction.
