Study On Statistical Work In SC District Of F City Under The Big Data Environment

With the rapid development of science and technology such as the Internet,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,big data has begun to receive widespread attention around the world.Since 2015,the State Council has continuously issued policy documents on the development of big data,deployed the opening and sharing of government data,regarded the innovation of government statistics as an important work,and constantly promoted the integration of government statistics and big data.From the current situation,the supply of government statistical data has to a large extent failed to meet the needs of public statistics,and the problems existing in the traditional government statistical work have also been highlighted.Under the background of big data,taking the research on the statistical work of the grass-roots government as the starting point,the specific countermeasures for the improvement of the statistical work of the grass-roots government are put forward,which can provide some reference for the practice of statistical work.This thesis takes the statistical work of the basic-level government in SC District of F City as the research object,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of the statistical work of the basic-level statistical departments.In order to better understand the relevant situation,this paper selected 200 samples and 196 valid questionnaires for the enterprise users under the jurisdiction of SC,with the effective rate of 98%.At the same time,according to the results of the questionnaire,in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 grass-roots government statistical staff.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,combined with the literature and theories of big data and grass-roots government statistics,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the main problems in the statistical work of the grass-roots government in SC District of F City and the reasons for their formation,and believes that the main problems are the lack of timeliness and practicality of statistical data,the low efficiency of survey implementation,and the low degree of cooperation of the survey objects According to the results of interviews and research,the main reasons are the lack of standardization of data release,the lack of sharing mechanism,the imperfect publicity work,the lack of professional talent introduction and training,and the single collection method.Based on the basic analysis results of the subject research,combined with the characteristics of the grass-roots government statistical work in the era of big data,this paper puts forward specific optimization countermeasures and suggestions for the grass-roots government statistical work in SC District,mainly from the aspects of enriching and improving the products and data release forms at the same level,establishing a data sharing mechanism,strengthening the statistical publicity work,strengthening the construction of statistical talent team,and innovating the data collection and processing methods.This study shows that the introduction of big data is the trend of the statistical work of the grass-roots government in the future.In the reform of the statistical work of the grass-roots government based on big data,the way and channel of data collection are the key points of mode optimization,while the type of data released,the way of data release and the improvement of data timeliness and practicability are the direction of data release improvement,The sharing and introduction of third-party data inside and outside the statistical system and outside the government is the focus of data sharing.This paper focuses the research of statistical work on the bottom level of county and district statistical work and big data,which is an innovation on the basis of previous research.It is also a specific case and practice of big data applied to grass-roots government statistical work,which can provide some reference for government statistical work.
