Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has proposed rural revitalization,which includes five aspects:organizational revitalization,talent revitalization,and cultural revitalization.As the main channel for training rural Party members and cadres,township Party schools,in the context of rural revitalization,strengthen their own construction,fully demonstrate their functional advantages,and fully play their role.This is of great significance for promoting the revitalization of rural organizations,talents,and culture,and ultimately assisting in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.The author takes the construction of township Party schools in E City,Hubei Province as the starting point,analyzes the current situation and difficulties of township Party school construction under the background of rural revitalization,and attempts to propose optimization and improvement paths.The construction of township Party schools has a profound theoretical foundation,and there is a close internal connection between township Party schools and rural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization,there are still some difficulties in the construction of township Party schools.Taking the construction of township Party schools in E City,Hubei Province as an example,the main manifestation is that the integration into rural revitalization is not deep enough,and the focus on rural revitalization is not enough in education,training,and curriculum systems;The overall teaching staff is not excellent or strong,the structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable,and the teaching level is uneven;Inadequate and unstable funding guarantee,affecting the operation of township Party schools;The development level is imbalanced and insufficient,and the role of township Party schools has not been fully demonstrated.There are three main reasons for the existence of these difficulties:firstly,inadequate ideological understanding;Secondly,policy planning cannot keep up;Thirdly,there is a lack of institutional support.To strengthen the construction of township Party schools in the context of rural revitalization,we should adhere to problem oriented and effect oriented approaches.By clarifying the functional positioning of township Party schools,strengthening the policy supply of township Party schools,deepening the teaching reform of township Party schools,and promoting the improvement of township Party school capabilities,we should continuously optimize the path of township Party school construction in the context of rural revitalization,so that township Party schools can play a greater role and demonstrate greater value in rural revitalization.
