Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation Of Grid Governance In Pukou District, Nanjin

Social governance has increasingly become a hot issue.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to "strengthen and innovate social governance,improve the social governance system of Party committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,public participation,rule of law guarantee and scientific and technological support,and build a social governance community in which everyone is responsible,responsible and enjoyed by everyone".As a practical exploration of social governance,the grid governance action in Pukou District of Nanjing has been carried out for four years,and its governance model has played an obvious role in promoting grass-roots governance in politics,economy,society and other aspects.However,in the new era and new situation,the new problems faced by governance practice tend to be complex,which puts forward new requirements for the improvement of grid governance model in Pukou District,Nanjing;At the same time,the existing academic research on grid governance is not sufficient,especially the lack of systematic grid governance effectiveness evaluation research,especially the research on building a scientific grid governance effectiveness evaluation index system needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to supplement the relevant research based on the grid governance practice in Pukou District,Nanjing.This study mainly uses the methods of literature research,investigation and interview,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make an empirical analysis on the grid governance in Pukou District,Nanjing,and tries to build a more reasonable evaluation index system from the three dimensions of "efficiency,effect and benefit" to evaluate the effectiveness of grid Governance in Pukou District,Through a more systematic demonstration process to summarize its governance model,find out the problems existing in its development process,excavate the causes of the problems,and then give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that the grid governance in Pukou District of Nanjing has achieved remarkable results in the fields of community autonomy such as environmental governance,public security improvement and Party construction guidance,but there are still many problems in the governance mechanisms such as cultural cultivation,team construction and information construction.Combined with the causes and practical conditions of grid governance problems in Pukou District,Nanjing,this study puts forward policy suggestions such as accelerating diversified collaborative governance,cultivating governance field culture,optimizing grid governance team and strengthening information governance,hoping to promote the efficiency of grid governance in Pukou District,Nanjing and provide useful reference for social governance in China.
