Research On Community Correction Management Problem

Community correction system is the extension of the nonimprisonment punishment execution measures in China.It is the unity of punishment supervision,education correction and social assistance,which fully reflects the comprehensiveness and richness of punishment measures.Community correction accelerates the pace of community correction objects to turn a new life and return to society.With the gradual popularization of the community correction management scope,the Chinese community correction has achieved positive results.However,higher requirements are also put forward for community correction management.How to better improve the level of community correction management has become a key problem that the current management departments need to solve.Thus,the article on governance theory,public interests,based on knowledge,through data access,field interview methods to study M area community correction management,and according to the current M area community correction management has four main problems,they are: M area community correction management efficiency,community correction management business level is low,community correction management enthusiasm is not strong and the departments of community correction management communication,etc.In view of the above found four problems,combined with M area community correction management theory analysis,put forward four Suggestions,namely strengthen community correction management strength,improve the community correction team professional quality,establish community correction management assessment and reward and punishment mechanism,strengthen the contact between various departments of community correction management advice,strive to promote community correction management efficient,steadily,finally achieve the important goal of maintaining regional social harmony and stability.
