Study On Community Correction Object Management In Yandu District Of Yancheng City

Community corrections in our country has gone through 17 years since it was piloted in2003.Correction management has also undergone several major changes,that is,the initial extensive model from scratch,the medium-term extensive model,and the current refined management.On December 28,2019,the "Community Corrections Law of the Republic of Chinese Names" passed unanimously was a major milestone for my country’s community corrections.It not only provided strong legal support for the development of community corrections,but also accelerated the relevant legal norms system.The improvement process has pointed out the direction for standardization and legalization of correction work.The management of community corrections reshapes the psychology and behavior of correction subjects through the combination of punishment execution and education correction,so that they can change their vices and return to society with a brand new self.This is the main significance of the implementation of community corrections management.In recent years,community corrections management has made great progress,but many unreasonable problems are still exposed,such as inadequate supervision,insufficient manpower,and difficulty for criminals to return to society.In this regard,in this topic,the author takes a very representative community corrections object in Yandu District as a research case.In order to obtain true and reliable research results,I not only jointly adopt a variety of effective and highly-recognized and respected academic circles.Based on multi-channel research methods and sorting out relevant literature materials,practical research is carried out on the management status of the case objects to find more management problems,point out the shortcomings of the system,and finally improve the community corrections The management work system provides targeted suggestions.
