Argue On The Supervision Of Correction Object In Our Country's Community Correction

Community correction in China began to pilot exploration since 2003,the number of community correction objects has increased year by year.Community correction,as an important measure to effectively prevent crime and reduce re-crime,maintain social stability,has also been accompanied by economic and social development and community correction object scale.The introduction of the new law is the improvement of the legal system of community correction in China,and it is an important step with epoch-making significance.However,there is still a certain degree of disconnection between its provisions on the supervision and implementation of correction objects and the supervision and operation mechanism and the supervision and practice of community correction: the executive mode of supervision is rigid;lack of effective coordination among relevant departments leads to weak supervision;lack of timely enforcement force to ensure the implementation of supervision;it is difficult for the pre-correction evaluation mechanism to play a pre guarantee role for the follow-up supervision,for example.The existence of the above problems has seriously restricted the effective development of the supervision work of community correction in China,so it is particularly important to solve the problems and obstacles in the supervision work.First of all,it is necessary to summarize and study the current international trends of community correction and effectively analyze and solve the fundamental ideological and cognitive problems in combination with China's national conditions,and only by rectifying the ideological problems can we truly implement the supervision of the corrected objects;Secondly,we should combine our existing practical exploration and advanced foreign experience to further enrich the regulatory measures and improve the implementation method of supervision.While strengthening the timely enforcement of supervision,we must also fully mobilize social forces to join the community to correct the supervision.While ensuring the effectiveness of the supervision of the correction target,it also lays a solid foundation for its return to society;Finally,in order to make the supervision work more reasonable and more efficient,we should give full play to the role of inspection and supervision to ensure that the high-efficiency supervision of the corrected objects can still be achieved in the multi-management mode,and at the same time further improve the pre-judgment evaluation mechanism and the funding guarantee mechanism,provide effective supervision ofcommunity correction lead staff to assure the safety and stability of security technology and configuration.
