Research On The Construction Of Rural Public Libra Ries In Changsha County

In recent years,the government has promulgated and implemented a large number of policy documents on public cultural services,and the whole country has made great efforts to develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries.Reading For all has become a priority for many urban development,at the same time,we should pay more attention to the input of rural grass-roots cultural service construction and try our best to improve the level and quality of Rural grass-roots Cultural Service.Through the analysis of the existing rural libraries in China,we can find that the construction of rural libraries is of great importance and feasibility,and plays an important role in the inheritance and development of rural traditional culture,it plays an important role in improving the quality of peasants.Taking the construction of Rural Library in Changsha County as an example,this paper studies the problems and countermeasures in the construction of Rural Library.Through investigating the present situation of Library Construction in Changsha County,we can find that Changsha County Library construction has made some achievements,but there are still some problems,mainly includes the rural public library construction quantity is little,the rural public library funds investment is insufficient,the farmer to the library demand is low,the library management department’s cooperation degree is low,the library management system has the malpractice.In order to solve these problems,we should enhance the consciousness of rural library construction,increase the investment of rural library construction,enhance the farmers’ understanding of library demand,and perfect the cooperation mechanism of legislation and administrative departments,improve the management system of Rural Library Construction and improve the service quality of Rural Library.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to the construction and management of rural public libraries in Changsha County and contribute to the development of agriculture and the realization of rural revitalization strategy in China.
