Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Rural Library Service Supply Based On Public Demand

As one of the five cultural projects to benefit the people in the construction of the public cultural service system,the rural library project has played an extremely important role in the revitalization of rural culture and targeted poverty alleviation.Since the pilot project in 2005,the rural library project has been 18 years.At present,the rural library has been unable to meet the rapid development of the digital society,facing the awkward situation of nobody,idle resources and so on,and gradually become a "face project" to deal with the inspection.It is urgent to solve the problem of how to realize effective service supply in rural library.Therefore,in order to further study the current situation of the service supply of rural library,explore the existing problems and propose the optimization path,this paper takes rural library in Binhai District of Weifang City as an example,and discusses the problems from the public demand side of rural library through literature analysis,field visits,questionnaires,personal interviews and other forms.It is concluded that rural library project plays the role of cultural knowledge dissemination and cultural activity position in grassroots public cultural service system.Combined with the specific needs of the public in the current service supply of rural library project,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems found,and summarizes the practical difficulties of rural library in the service supply process,such as insufficient internal power of management subject,mismatch between service level and public demand,insufficient operation support ability,and lack of long-term policy implementation.The actual service efficiency of rural library is low.In order to comprehensively optimize the service supply efficiency of rural library project,combined with the research on public demand and the actual situation of visits,from the perspectives of the management subject,service content,safeguard measures and management system of rural library project,It puts forward four aspects,including multiple subjects to participate in the construction of rural library,enriching online and offline service content of rural library,improving the hardware and software guarantee ability of rural library,and improving the management and assessment system of rural library,so as to jointly promote the quality and efficiency of rural library project,solve the current development difficulties,and realize the optimization of its service supply function.
