Research On The Status Quo Of Post-00s College Student’s Spirit Of Arduous Struggle And Cultivation Countermeasures

The spirit of hard work is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture and a fine style consciously cultivated and widely carried forward by the Communist Party of China in the revolutionary struggle.In recent years,with the all-round development of China’s society,politics,economy and culture,the connotation and manifestation of the spirit of hard work are undergoing profound changes,which leads to the deviation of some "Post-00" College Students’ rational cognition of the spirit of hard work.As the backbone to achieve China’s 2035 vision and the new force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the "Post-00" college students need not only a high level of science and culture,but also a good quality of will and the spirit of hard work.Therefore,we must pay attention to the cultivation of the hard work spirit of the "Post-00" college students,help them form good will quality,positive value orientation and sound personality quality,and guide them to contribute their strength and realize their value in the new journey of realizing the second Centennial goal of our country.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part expounds the research background and significance of this paper,combs the relevant research status at home and abroad,and comments on the research status.The research methods,research design and implementation process,data sorting and analysis,reliability,validity and ethical issues are introduced in detail.Analyze the innovation of this paper.The second part is a theoretical overview.First of all,clarify the concept,basic dimensions and Era Connotation of the spirit of hard work.Secondly,it combs and expounds in detail the thought of hard struggle in Marxist theory,Chinese excellent traditional culture and the discussion of the Communist Party of China.Finally,from the perspective of the state,society and individuals,this paper expounds the significance of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of "Post-00" college students.The third part is the analysis of the current situation.First of all,on the cognitive level,on the whole,the "Post-00" college students have a basic understanding of the spirit of hard struggle,but some students lack a rational understanding of the spirit of hard struggle,and there is a large gap in the understanding of the spirit of hard struggle among college students at different school levels.Secondly,on the emotional level,college students’ emotional experience of the spirit of hard work is positive as a whole,but some students have negative emotional experience,showing a personalized tendency to evaluate the value of the spirit of hard work.Thirdly,on the level of will,on the whole,college students have clear goals and will to strengthen themselves,but some students’ will to work hard still needs to be strengthened.Finally,at the behavioral level,college students as a whole have the action to practice the spirit of hard work,but some students are still difficult to practice the spirit of hard work in learning,consumption,practice,life,job selection and employment.The fourth part is the analysis of influencing factors.Firstly,as far as the social environment is concerned,it includes the negative impact of western social thoughts,bad social thoughts and behaviors,network information and peer groups.Secondly,as far as the school environment is concerned,including the ideological and political education content is not perfect,the form is not rich enough,and the main sports people’s forward the specific path of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of "Post-00" College Students: at the social level,we should carry forward the spirit of hard struggle in Chinese excellent traditional culture,tap the resources of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle in revolutionary culture,and carry forward the main law of the spirit of hard struggle in the network;At the school level,we should give full play to the role of the main channel of Ideological and political theory education,strengthen the construction of campus culture,deepen the links of practical education,and
