| In the traditional media and new media continue to compete and cooperate today,three-dimensional,omni-directional communication has been the trend of The Times.Cross-media and cross-platform communication has changed the original way of information circulation and reception.From websites to Weibo,We Chat,and now to short video platforms such as Tik Tok and Kuaishou,which are the gathering places of new traffic,the increasing perfection of network technology gives users more choices.Many government agencies have also entered the short video platform to innovate the way of communication and break through the rigid image of government affairs constructed by traditional media.Based on the theory of frame perspective to trill platforms,the state’s short video account case study of the Chinese police network,from the accounts published in2020,1024 in the short video article sample of 320 as the research sample,combining kuo-jen tsang proposed “three levels of inner structure” and sample short video narrative and the specific characteristics of presentation,From the five indexes of video theme,release time,emotional tendency,inscription choice and descriptor use,this paper summarizes the media image of the police presented by these short videos,and extracts the production strategy and motivation behind them.Through research,these sample short videos present four types of police images,namely,guards who fulfill their duties,close friends who care about the masses,heroes who are not afraid of danger,and ordinary people who are close to humor.On image production,based on the value orientation,social steering and media functions of multiple factors,the short video using a “presence” issues,all kinds of time node,hero as a prototype of the narrative,and has a network of audio-visual language,to further strengthen the spread of the front of the police image,restore the user for the role of the police.Finally,this paper also reflects on the shortcomings of the popularization of emotion in the communication process,the homogenization of role shaping,and the landscape of image construction in the construction of police media image of government affairs short video,and puts forward the corresponding optimization road,in order to provide reference for the image of practitioners in the construction of government affairs short video. |
