Research On The Construction Of Urban Community Governance Community From The Perspective Of Emotional Governance

Community governance is an integral part of the social governance community.After the rapid disintegration of the traditional unit system,urban communities continue to face many problems such as difficulties in collaboration among diverse governance entities and emotional crises in the community.This has brought great challenges to the construction of urban Community Governance community.At the same time,the problem of excessive reliance on technical means in grassroots governance has increased the difficulty of constructing the urban community governance community.As a new form of governance,emotional governance has filled the gap in the emotional dimension of grassroots governance in urban communities and promoted the transformation of grassroots governance in urban communities.The essence of community governance lies in the collaboration of multiple governance subjects in addressing public issues and the cohesion of the community’s emotions.It has a deep coupling with emotional governance in theory and practice.Therefore,studying the construction of urban community governance community from the perspective of affective governance is a good response to urban community governance policies,theories,and practices.In this regard,this study provides an in-depth analysis of the construction of urban community governance community from the perspective of affective governance based on defining the connotation of effective governance and governance community in urban communities.First,this study defines urban community emotional governance as the process of urban community governance subject,through the use of instrumental emotions and the governance of primary emotions to promote the construction of urban community governance organizational community,emotional community,living community,and interest community,to achieve the solution of urban community public issues and the construction of urban community governance community.At the same time,this paper argues that the urban community governance community is composed of an organizational community,an emotional community,a living community,and a community of interests,which is the integration force and integration process of urban community pluralistic governance subjects with the goal of public issue resolution and community construction.Secondly,this study follows the research idea of problem,cause,and countermeasure to build a logic of promoting the construction of urban community governance community from the perspective of emotional governance.On the one hand,it analyzes in depth the problems of organizational collaboration,emotional connection,life unity dilemma,and interest integration in the construction of urban community governance community from the perspective of emotional governance;on the other hand,it analyzes the weak organizational foundation of governance community from the perspective of emotional backwardness,unlinked emotional ties of governance community from the perspective of emotional absence,weak social foundation of governance community from the perspective of emotional suspension,and insufficient material protection of governance community from the perspective of emotional misalignment.The study analyzes the reasons behind the problems of building a governance community in urban communities from the perspective of emotional governance.Finally,this study proposes a practical approach to the construction of urban community governance community under the perspective of emotional governance from the perspectives of building organizational community,uniting emotional communities,shaping living communities,and building interest communities,in order to promote the optimization of grassroots governance in urban communities and provide new ideas for the construction of urban community governance community in China.
