Research On X Community Governance From The Perspective Of Emotional Governance

Community governance is an important part of China’s governance system and the foundation of urban governance.At present,the problems existing in urban community governance in China restrict the development of community governance,and the necessity of in-depth research and exploration of issues related to urban community governance has become increasingly prominent.Emotional governance provides a new perspective for community governance,and the study of community governance from the perspective of emotion is not only conducive to the promotion of community governance research,but also helps to provide new ideas and new solutions for community governance practice.This paper explores and studies the governance of X community from the perspective of emotional governance.Based on the theory of community governance and the theory of emotional sociology,the current situation of X community governance,the problems and causes of X community governance,and the countermeasures of X community governance were analyzed by using interview method and questionnaire survey method.Based on the survey data,there are problems in community governance,such as insufficient integration between party building guidance and community emotional governance,indifferent neighborhood relations that need to be rebuilt,there is still room for the role of "opinion leaders",community consciousness is blurred,emotional creation is lacking,and community public spirit is insufficient.The reasons are the lack of attention to residents’ emotions and needs,the lack of community participation system,the imperfect community welfare system,the poor channels for community emotional expression,the insufficient provision of community services,the insufficient use of governance technology,the insufficient cultivation of residents’ participation awareness,and the insufficient stimulation of residents’ enthusiasm for participation.In view of the problems existing in community governance,this paper proposes the integration of party building guidance and community emotional governance,rebuilding neighborhood relations through society and communities,reshaping community neighborhood relations with the help of community network platforms,playing the role of "opinion leaders",enhancing public value guidance,creating community emotional logos,advocating good-neighborliness and friendship,promoting neighborhood exchanges,strengthening community moral construction,enhancing residents’ subjectivity and enthusiasm,carrying out community volunteer services and public welfare activities,strengthening community services,and improving community welfare systems.Measures such as enriching community cultural activities and giving play to the role of technology in emotional governance.
