Research On Community Emotional Governance Under The Background Of Modernization Of Community Governance

Report to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Party pointed out:"Establish and improve the social governance mechanism of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and build a grass-roots governance community that everyone is responsible for and enjoyed".This shows that urban community construction needs to conform to the modernization trend of community governance,attach importance to people’s status and role,and build a community emotional community.With the development of market economy,the lifestyle of residents is constantly changing,the residents around the community are constantly changing,and the former acquaintance society has begun to change to a stranger society.Therefore,it is the only way to fill the shortcomings of governance and improve the efficiency of governance by introducing emotion into the field of governance and realizing the community governance model combining rule governance with emotional governance.Firstly,through the research on the background and significance of the topic,and combing and summarizing the research results at home and abroad,this paper provides theoretical support for emotional governance with governance theory and social capital theory,systematically summarizes the connotation of emotional governance and builds a theoretical framework for the connotation of emotional governance.Secondly,investigate the peony community in Shenyang,discuss the application status and effect of emotional governance in this community,and analyze the successful experience of peony community in the application of community emotional governance from the perspective of government-community-residents.At the same time,explore the existing problems of emotional governance in other communities in Santaizi Street.In view of the difficulties in the implementation process,put forward countermeasures from the government,community and residents to improve its governance level,and hope to make some contributions to the research of introducing emotional governance into community governance in China.
