| Since the reform and opening up,the development of urbanization has led to the gathering of talents from rural areas to cities,aggravating the difficulties of rural development.The state encourages university students to use their own knowledge and skills resources to provide special rural voluntary services focusing on such topics as rural education,rural infrastructure construction,healthy villages,party building at the grass-roots level and social governance,make up for the shortage of basic public services in rural areas.At present,the content,scope and field of university students;rural revitalization voluntary service in rural areas are continuously enriched,expanded and expanded,but the development of our country;rural voluntary service is not mature enough,for example,the quantity and quality of the supply of university students;rural voluntary services need to be improved,the participation rate needs to be improved,and the enthusiasm for participation needs to be strengthened,these problems will seriously hinder the sustainable development of university students;rural revitalization volunteer service,hinder university students to understand the countryside deeply through rural volunteer service,and then ensure the long-term enthusiasm of university students to serve the countryside.Therefore,the article takes university students in Sichuan province as the object of investigation,to understand the current willingness of university students in Sichuan province to volunteer in rural areas,to investigate the main factors affecting the willingness of university students to participate in rural revitalization voluntary service activities in Sichuan Province,therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the initiative of University Students;voluntary service in rural revitalization in Sichuan province.This paper builds a research framework based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour,and identifies four major research variables,namely behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and degree of understanding,of university students’ willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization,and puts forward corresponding hypotheses.Based on this,a questionnaire was designed on the basis of mature scales designed by relevant scholars.A total of 490 questionnaires were collected and 47 invalid questionnaires were excluded,resulting in a total of 443 valid questionnaires.Using independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA to analyze the differences of demographic variables in the willingness of college students to volunteer for rural revitalization,it was concluded that the demographic variables of gender,major category,political outlook and grade of college students were significantly different in the willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization,but household registration and school category were not significantly different in the willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization;using correlation analysis and The results of the empirical analysis showed that subjective norms,perceived behavioral control and behavioral attitudes had a significant positive influence on college students’ willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization,while the degree of understanding did not have a significant positive influence on college students’ willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization.Based on the findings of the study,in order to enhance college students’ willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization in Sichuan universities,this paper proposes targeted suggestions to enhance college students’ willingness to volunteer for rural revitalization from the perspective of college students at three levels:at the government level,to improve the support and guarantee for college students’ volunteering for rural revitalization;at the school level,to strengthen the education and incentive for college students’ volunteering for rural revitalization;at the family level,to focus on the support for college students’ volunteering for rural revitalization.At the government level,the support and guarantee for university students’ voluntary service in rural revitalization should be improved;at the school level,the education and encouragement for university students’ voluntary service in rural revitalization should be strengthened;and at the family level,the values of university students’ voluntary service in rural revitalization should be shaped. |
