The Research On The Prevention Of Minors School Violence Crime In Our Country

In recent years,school violence crimes emerge in endlessly,the social from all walks of life to the problem of school violence,especially the problem of school violence crime minors,attention more and more high.Minors are the future of the motherland,the campus violence crime minors should not be ignored.School violence to minor crime,not only need attaches great importance to the matter and after the intervention,more important is to prevent it in advance.This article from the perspective of crime prevention study,from the law vision,to our country current minors campus violent crime phenomenon and its prevention were studied.Around the purpose of crime prevention,this paper will be divided into four parts.The first part is the basic theory,mainly for defining the relevant concepts,clear in this paper,the research content,this article studies the campus violence,USES is the definition of crime in criminology,its relative to the sense of the crime,criminal law is more suitable for crime prevention study;And types of school violence crime minors,trends,and elaborates the causes.The second part is about the minor crime prevention legal system and its defects,and carding the current legal system of this part,and from the perspective of crime prevention,analysis the flaws of the current legal system.The third part is the outside,through the analysis of the relevant systems of the United States,Japan,South Korea,will take its place.The fourth part is the perfect measures,this part puts forward effective measures of crime prevention law that is the purpose of this article,from the legal system,school,family,social four aspects,and puts forward the corresponding measures.
