| The issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the top priority of the work of the Party and the State.The strategy of rural revitalization is a major deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is the necessary way for China to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and is also an inherent requirement of the the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to move towards a new journey of Chinese path to modernization and build a great modern socialist country.As farmers are the main force of rural development,rural revitalization is revitalized for the sake of farmers and relies on them,and the fruits of revitalization are shared by farmers.How to play the crucial role of farmers,consolidate the achievement of poverty alleviation and make an effectual connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to become an important work in the new journey towards modernization of agricultural and rural areas.The study on the main role of farmers in rural revitalization is not only of theoretical significance,but also of more practical meaning to accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The thesis firstly takes the Marxist concept of mass history and the idea of human subjectivity as the theoretical and logical starting point,discusses the practical significance of exerting the role of farmers as the main actors in the new era and the dialectical relationship between farmers’ subjectivity and the rural revitalization strategy.Then,the paper takes farmers of some villages and towns in Henan Province as the research object.The empirical investigation found that the current role of farmers’ subjectivity in some areas of Henan Province villages and towns has achieved great effectiveness,which is reflected in the fact that grass-roots party committees and governments attach more importance to the main position of farmers,and most farmers have conspicuously increased their political awareness.But at the same time,there is still a gap between the subjective role of farmers and the requirements of comprehensive rural revitalization.It mainly manifested in the effect of grass-roots policy promotion and implementation is poor,the main position of farmers is relatively weak,and farmers’ participation ability is relatively lacking,etc.The enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers to participate in rural revitalization have not been played well.Finally,the thesis analyzes the dilemma of the inadequate role of farmers’ subjectivity in terms of autonomy,conscientiousness and motivation,and points out that the dilemma is related to the incomplete governance system of the grass-roots level,the backwardness of some farmers’ ideology and the limitations of farmers’ own comprehensive quality.The paper also proposes practical path to mobilize farmers’ main role by improving rural grass-roots governance system to insist the main position of farmers,promoting a sustained increase in farmers’ incomes to stimulate their main drive and building a multi-way framework that enhance the quality of farmers to strengthen the main ability of them. |
