| Traditional Chinese society has always attached great importance to educating and educating people.The government,the family and society work together to educate young people about etiquette and abide by the law.It aims to enable young people to learn through qualities,cultivate young people to develop a beautiful spirit of honesty and justice,and then cultivate themselves as adults and cultivate qualified talents for the society.After the founding of New China,the Party and the government also attached importance to the cultivation of young people’s spiritual outlook,so that they could grow into social talents with mental health.After China entered the rule of law society,both German and French cultivation became the basic requirement for cultivating law-abiding citizens.At the same time,China’s rural population accounts for the majority of the country’s population,there is still a certain gap in the material,cultural and educational conditions of rural society,and there is still a big gap between the conditions and attention to moral and French education and the urban areas.Therefore,the issue of rural moral and French education has become an urgent issue to be explored and solved.Henan is a large agricultural province,except for the larger cities,the economic conditions and social environment of the province are relatively close,and the investigation and research on the situation of moral and French education in rural primary and secondary schools in Henan is more generally representative.Over a period of one year,the survey mainly targeted parents,teachers and grassroots legal workers of rural primary and secondary schools in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Nanyang and other areas of Henan.Through visits,questionnaires and other forms,the occupational and educational background of parents of rural primary and secondary schools,their attitudes towards moral and legal education,and the main methods of family moral and legal education;Basic understanding of moral and legal education for rural primary and secondary school teachers,the work of moral and legal education in schools and the current situation of students’ moral education,school violence and left-behind children;It also conducted an in-depth investigation on the current situation of rural social awareness of morality and rule of law,and the atmosphere of moral and legal education in rural society.In order to have a more comprehensive grasp of the relevant situation of moral and legal education in rural primary and secondary schools.The survey found that Henan has made great progress in rural German and French education as a whole,with the number of bullying and violent crimes in schools continuing to decline,the atmosphere of harmony between teachers and students is strong,and the laws and regulations related to German and French education are becoming increasingly perfect.However,there are also many problems,especially the weak foundation of the rule of law in rural society,the emphasis on wisdom over morality in the process of moral and legal education,the rigid form of moral and legal education,and the imperfect mechanism of home-school,social,German-French collaborative education,etc.,which interfere with the process of rural moral and legal education.The main reasons for this are that rural society does not have a strong awareness of the rule of law,has not yet got rid of the traditional concept of "emphasizing education over education" in terms of educational concepts,has a low sense of responsibility in family moral and legal education,school education is mainly based on examinations,and the home-school-community coordination mechanism is a formality.In view of the above problems,on the basis of integrating the wisdom of traditional etiquette and law education,we mainly start from improving the overall awareness of morality and rule of law and the awareness of German and French education,and further clarify the relationship between the rights and obligations of home and school in students’ German and French education through the law,forming the basic foundation of German and French education.At the same time,strengthen the diversification of German and French education methods and the exploration of diversified educational channels in schools,enrich the content of various German and French education mechanisms,and take school education as the anchor to consolidate the important role of moral and legal concepts in the growth process of primary and secondary school students.And how to establish a German-French collaborative education communication and feedback mechanism that links home,school and society.Therefore,this study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of German and French education,and puts forward some targeted and universal countermeasures and suggestions on this basis,such as strengthening the construction of the rule of law in rural society,establishing the correct concept of moral and legal education in home-school society,enriching the forms of moral and legal education,defining collaborative responsibilities,and improving the coordination mechanism. |
