Jiangxi Province L Town Study On The Governance Model Settlement Environment

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "To improve the level of environmental infrastructure construction and promote the improvement of urban and rural living environments.To build livable,suitable for work,and beautiful rural areas,it is necessary to continuously improve the level of basic public services in rural areas and continuously improve the living environment in rural area." Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has put forward the grand proposition of rural revitalization.Promoting rural revitalization is an important part of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The governance of rural human settlements is a key link in the realization of rural revitalization.With the continuous development of the economy and society,people gradually realize the importance of the living environment for the cultivation and purification of mood and the improvement of physical condition.Creating a clean and elegant living environment is not only a great good thing for the farmers to feel that the government benefits the people,but also a great thing for the farmers to really benefit.However,the governance models and levels of rural human settlements in different regions are different,resulting in huge differences in the governance effects of rural human settlements,thus affecting the construction of rural human settlements and rural revitalization strategies.Under this background,this thesis aims at the rural human settlements governance activities carried out in X County L Town from recent years,and combs the effects and failures of the town in the process of rural human settlements governance.Summarize the different governance modes adopted by the town in different periods.Research and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different modes.Then integrate the western developed countries,mainly the United States and Germany,as well as the East Asian countries,mainly Japan and South Korea,and foreign rural residential environment governance models,sort out their governance process,the results achieved,and the advantages and disadvantages of the models adopted.Finally,a governance model of human settlements that is suitable for most villages and towns in China is obtained,and this governance model is further optimized and improved to ensure the effective governance of rural human settlements.
