| Since Haken initiated synergetics,its development and application have covered many fields,including natural science,humanities and social science.The author found that the different forms in the highway police organization practice of police organization structure led to different results,and the results will greatly influence the government the appraisal of the organization and the masses of the organization’s evaluation,different forms of highway police organization coordinated ability of the highway traffic police brigade at the grass-roots level to better achieve organizational goals,Improving people’s sense of security and satisfaction plays an important role.On the basis of departmental coordination theory,government capacity building theory and structure and function theory,this paper makes A comparative study on the different police organization forms of A and B brigade of High-speed traffic police in L State from the perspective of horizontal coordination capacity.Through questionnaire survey and field investigation,the collaborative evaluation system of highway police organization is constructed,and the weight analysis of factors affecting the collaborative is carried out.It is concluded that the evaluation of government benefit on the coordination ability of expressway police organization is higher than the mass benefit,the effect of emergency response is the key factor to judge the coordination degree of police organization form,and the order parameter that promotes the qualitative change of police organization form is the comprehensive ability and quality of the individual who makes up the organization.Through empirical tests on the actual effects of A and B brigade in dealing with different events,the advantages and disadvantages of the police organizations of A and B brigade in the coordination ability are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn that the "concentric circle" type of police organization coordination ability of HIGH-SPEED traffic police Brigade B is higher than the "massive" police organization coordination ability of high-speed traffic police brigade A.Finally,the author thinks about the improvement of the coordination ability of highway police organizations,and puts forward that with the continuous change of order parameters in the future,the "concentric circle" organization form will evolve into the "concentric ball" organization form with better coordination efficiency.And how to further improve the cooperation ability of expressway police organization is discussed from five aspects:improving the comprehensive ability and quality of police,scientifically demarcating the duty of service group,reducing the number of service group as far as possible,strengthening the application of frontier science and technology,unifying the organization idea and clarifying the goal. |
