Research On The Construction Of A Governance Pattern Of Co Construction,co Governance,and Sharing In Relocated Communities For Poverty Alleviation

As a special community formed by the national will during the period of poverty alleviation,the task of "moving out" has been completed at this stage,and the focus of work has shifted to the subsequent stage of "stable and prosperous",the core of which involves important contents such as community integration,community management and services from the perspective of community governance.Although the current community governance has also achieved certain results,it still needs to be further improved in terms of consolidating the foundation of co-construction,strengthening the practice of co-governance,and optimizing the sharing of achievements.Therefore,guided by the improvement of the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the construction of a social governance community where everyone is responsible,everyone is responsible,and everyone enjoys it,this paper examines the importance of the construction of the co-construction,co-governance and shared governance pattern of relocation communities based on the perspective of the grand governance concept,and visits the relocation communities for poverty alleviation and relocation through field research,grasps the social conditions,people’s conditions and community structure,systematically analyzes the existing problems in governance,and finally analyzes the existing problems in governance from the three dimensions of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Find ’the growth points and breakthrough points of the construction of the co-construction,co-governance and shared governance pattern of relocation communities,promote the effective connection of top-level design and end-of-line governance,and form a composite governance system that runs through the top and bottom.This paper uses literature research method,quantitative and qualitative combination research method,and interdisciplinary research method to study the construction of co-construction,co-governance and shared governance pattern of relocation communities.The study consists of six parts:the first part is an introduction.Clarify the background and significance of the research,and sort out the research results at home and abroad on the governance of relocation communities,co-construction,co-governance and shared governance;Explain the research ideas and methods,assume the difficulties of the thesis and the proposed solutions,and introduce the possible innovations of the thesis.The second part provides an overview.Focus on explaining the concepts of relocation communities,co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and governance patterns;It also analyzes the possibility of carrying out this research from the perspectives of people’s subjectivity,community thought,socialist consultative democracy theory with Chinese characteristics,and Xi Jinping’s important exposition of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing" from the perspective of Marxist theory.On this basis,the deep motives of this research are demonstrated from the dimensions of the transformation of major social contradictions,the modernization of grassroots governance,and the construction of social governance communities.The third part is the investigation and current situation summary.Through the investigation of the relocation community in Q County,Shaanxi Province,the basic status quo was grasped and summarized.The fourth part is the problem analysis.In-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and shared governance in relocation communities.The fifth part is the path exploration.Focus on practical problems,benchmark the social governance community,and explore the path of co-construction,co-governance and shared governance pattern around everyone’s responsibility,everyone’s responsibility,and everyone’s enjoyment.The sixth part is a full summary,putting forward research shortcomings and future prospects.
