Our Party has a history of more than eighty years, Inner-Party democracy as one of the most important parts of democracy, should be attached enough importance to. Inner-Party democracy is an important qualification of ideology's liberation which can put People's Democracy forward and can also raise the enthusiasm of Party Members. After the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CCP, the second generation of collective leadership whose core was Deng Xiaoping, under the condition of Reforming and Opening Policy, took some active measures to restore and develop Inner-Party democracy, also with the direction of Marxism, made the experience on Inner-Party democracy as the Deng Xiaoping's Inner-Party democracy. It is very useful for enriching and improving the Inner-Party democracy of Marxism and Deng Xiaoping's Theory, which has important guiding significance to the construction of today's Inner-Party democracy and is helpful to smoothly realize social modernization and the socialist harmonious society.
