In China’s social transition period,not only the economy is developing,but also people’s living and psychological states are changing with the development of The Times.Young people in the new era have more diversified subject consciousness and values.The development of external environment such as social structure and interest relationship makes some young people full of uncertainty about the future in real life.While enjoying the convenience of scientific and technological development,they also bear the pressure of employment,house purchase and marriage.Some young people begin to show varying degrees of social anxiety.As a generation growing up in the Internet,media platforms have become a channel for young people to understand the outside world and obtain information,and a "diary" for them to express themselves and record their emotions.Network information,film and television content and other new media communication is not only the internal factors affecting the change of social mentality,but also the main path of this implicit social anxiety.Both film and television roles with young people as the main body and short video platforms with young people as the core users are narrating the current situation of young people’s lives.From employment and workplace of young people to love and marriage,works of different media platforms not only construct young people’s images and convey the voices of young people,but also reflect some problems of young people,among which social anxiety is particularly obvious.This paper starts from the perspective of talk shows because they focus on the social anxiety of young people.The creators of talk shows express their self-desire and output their values through life-oriented cases.The topics are mostly discussed around the elements of life such as workplace and love of young people,and their discourse style and emotional appeal are also favored by young people.As a social psychological text of youth culture and life,the content expression of talk shows to some extent shows the "slot" and "pain point" of some young people in the new media era,which is also confirmed by questionnaires and interviews.The youth group is the vanguard force to promote the development of the country and society.At present,in the media society,the research on the status quo and influencing factors of the youth group’s social anxiety has an important impact on the future development.To grasp the social anxiety mentality of the youth group is one of the important dimensions to grasp the change of social mentality,but also a key link to maintain social harmony and improve the social environment.The introduction part mainly discusses the origin of the research,research ideas and literature.By reading relevant literature,it sorts out the current research status at home and abroad.On this basis,it thinks and summarizes,puts forward research questions and sorts out research ideas.The age range of the youth group and the concept of social anxiety are defined,and the case studies and the main types of social anxiety are determined through case analysis.In this paper,the Talk Show Conference is taken as the case,through the classification of "anxiety" related topics and content expression,and the frequently mentioned topics are classified,including survival and development anxiety,fertility and marriage anxiety,appearance and figure anxiety,interpersonal anxiety,identity anxiety,etc.The main purpose of the research design is to assign values to the content expression of "anxiety" in talk shows and the individual anxiety psychological cognition,and distribute them in the form of questionnaires,and conduct in-depth interviews to understand the influencing factors based on the independent intention and score of the questionnaire respondents.The first chapter mainly analyzes the expression of "anxiety" of young people in different media platforms from the perspective of talk shows.From the perspectives of text expression,social discussion and the use of emoticons,this paper makes a type analysis of the text content related to anxiety in Talk Show Conference.In Chapter two,descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of the obtained data are carried out through the questionnaire,and certain conclusions are drawn.According to the score of the questionnaire,the paper summarizes and compares the types of anxiety involved in the talk show to understand the young people’s own anxiety cognition,analyzes the difference of influence on the young people’s anxiety cognition from different dimensions such as age and education background,and analyzes the correlation between the talk show anxiety information perception and self-anxiety cognition.The third chapter mainly analyzes the topic setting and results of the interview questions to confirm whether the presentation of the content of the talk show is in line with the real situation of social anxiety of young people,and to deeply understand the degree of identification of the talk show of young people,the influencing factors of anxiety,the way of emotional release and the driving force of anxiety on individuals.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes and reflects on the questionnaire and interview results,and puts forward personal suggestions based on the interview results,in order to make a modest contribution to the mental health of young people.
