Research On The Cultivation Of Police Professional Awareness Among College Students In Public Security Colleges

Public security colleges are the main battlefield for transporting public security professionals to the public security team,and the educational effect of public security higher education is related to the overall quality of the public security team.Police professional awareness is the core literacy of the people’s police.Cultivating police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges aims to strengthen their belief in police service and cultivate qualified successors for the public security industry.The national security is at stake,and the public security department is responsible for half of it.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the need to build a higher level of safe China and safeguard the new development pattern with a new security pattern.The public security organs urgently need to build a high-quality public security iron army to escort the new era and new journey to meet the new requirements of the Party and the country.Currently,there are still some students in public security colleges who have a one-sided understanding of their professional consciousness and vague career ideals.How to improve the cultivation level of police professional awareness in public security colleges and effectively enhance the police professional awareness of college students has become an increasingly urgent task in public security higher education.On the basis of mastering and combing the current situation of research on police professional awareness at home and abroad,this paper takes the relevant principles of police ethics and the ternary Reciprocal determinism as the theoretical basis,adopts the research methods of literature research,investigation and interview,and embarks from the current situation of police professional awareness cultivation of college students in public security colleges in China,and finds that there are still some problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of police professional awareness of college students in public security colleges,Based on these issues,attribution analysis is conducted to explore effective ways to cultivate police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction,introducing the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,innovation points,etc.The second part is the definition of the core concepts of the topic,the theoretical basis of the research,and the practical necessity of cultivating police professional awareness among public security college students.The third part is a basic overview of the cultivation of police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges,including the content elements and influencing factors of the cultivation of police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges.The fourth part is a survey and examination of the current situation of the cultivation of police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges.Through sorting out questionnaires and interviews,the achievements and problems in the cultivation of police professional awareness in public security colleges are sorted out,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.The fifth part proposes solutions to the current shortcomings and problems,in order to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating police professional awareness among college students in public security colleges.
