Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,the public security organs have confronted new missions and tasks.Auxiliary police,as the auxiliary police of the public security organizations,their capacity and effectiveness have been widely concerned by the public.How to solve the career dilemma of auxiliary police as the “outsider inside public security organizations” has become more and more important,and turned into key issue of improving capacity of public security forces and promoting social collaborative governance level.This research discusses organizational belonging and organization fairness of auxiliary police.The author summarizes the research results of previous scholars on auxiliary police organization fairness,organizational support and organizational belonging,takes "equity theory" and "social exchange theory" as the theoretical basis of the research,constructs the research model of auxiliary police organizational belonging,and tests the research hypothesis.First,organizational fairness of auxiliary police has positive effect on their sense of organizational support.Second,there is a positive correlation between auxiliary police organizational support and organizational belonging.Third,there is a positive correlation between auxiliary police sense of support and sense of belonging.Forth,auxiliary police sense of organizational support plays an intermediary role in the relationship between organizational fairness and organizational belonging.The author distributed questionnaires to 1,800 auxiliary police personnel in Beijing,Hangzhou and Hulunbeir,and collected 1767 valid questionnaires.Using spss22.0,amos20 data analysis tool test,hypotheses of this study are tested by means of reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,regression statistical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Based on data analysis,the following research results are observed: First,there is a positive correlation between the perceived organizational justice and the perceived organizational justice of auxiliary police.Second,there is a positive correlation between auxiliary police organizational support and organizational belonging.Thrid,there is a positive correlation between auxiliary police organization fairness and organizational belonging.Forth,auxiliary police sense of organizational support plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational equity and organizationalbelonging.Based on research results and discussion,this study puts forward the following suggestions.Based on fairness theory and data analysis results,with tests of four dimensions of organizational justice,this research puts forward a reasonable optimization advice of the public security organization system of resource allocation and decision-making mechanism,and plays a positive role on auxiliary police decision-making participation,communication method improvement,informationcommunication channel improvement,to consequently improve organizational justice auxiliary police.With support of social exchange theory,this research suggests to improve the subsidization and guarantee mechanism of auxiliary police,and also strengthen the infrastructure construction.It is the fundamental goal to understand working status of auxiliary police in time,strengthen the perception of auxiliary police organization support,and improve thecorecapacity of auxiliary police.
