The traffic auxiliary police is an indispensable part of the traffic control department of public security organ in G city to implement the important measures of ensuring smooth flow.However,with the continuous development of the traffic auxiliary police team,due to the low wages and benefits,the promotion channel being not smooth,the low social identity and the high work intensity,the traffic auxiliary police of G city have a low job satisfaction and turnover tendency is serious,which has greatly affected the work efficiency of the public security traffic management department and affected the people's travel convenience and life and property safety.This paper takes the traffic auxiliary police of G city as the research object and conducts research by questionnaire survey which mainly draws on the job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover tendency scale compiled by domestic and foreign scholars.The questionnaire includes five demographic variables as gender,age,and education,marital status,working years and job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover tendency and their dimensions.Through questionnaire survey of 250 traffic auxiliary police of G city and application of the SPSS software,the descriptive analysis,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to analyse the recollected questionnaires.It is found that:(1)demographic variables have different degrees of difference in job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover tendency;(2)job satisfaction and organizational commitment and their dimensions are significantly and positively correlated;job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover tendency are significantly negatively correlated;(3)organizational commitment as a mediator variables plays a full mediating role of job satisfaction and turnover tendency.According to the author's investigation and analysis,in order to improve the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the traffic auxiliary police in G city and reduce turnover tendency,corresponding measures should be taken from the following aspects:(1)improving the work itself and creating a good working atmosphere;(2)further expanding the space for career development of the traffic auxiliary police;(3)moderately increasing the returns of work for the traffic auxiliary police;(4)strengthening team building and establishing a good working environment.
