| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that it is necessary to ’deepen the reform of decentralization,the combination of decentralization and management,and the optimization of service reform’.The reform of " decentralization,management and service " is an important starting point for the transformation of government functions.It is also the innovation and practice of deepening the reform of administrative system and building a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.For the public security organs,the active implementation of the reform of " decentralization,management and service " can strengthen the purpose of serving the people and enhance the public ’s satisfaction with the public security organs.The Ministry of Public Security has taken the initiative to respond to the people ’s new demand for high-quality public services,and has issued a series of deepening reform policies in traffic management,public security management,immigration and immigration management.Local public security organs have also responded to the call to launch various reform measures to facilitate and benefit the people,improve the efficiency of government services for market subjects and the people,and strive to promote the implementation of policies.However,in practical work,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the reform,which hinder and affect the performance of service efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes public security government service as the research object,introduces customer satisfaction evaluation theory and seamless government theory,comprehensively uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,field observation method and structural equation model,builds a model of influencing factors of public security government service efficiency,and explores the internal and external factors of public security government service efficiency and its influencing mechanism.The study found that from the perspective of external influencing factors,perceived quality plays a role in promoting public satisfaction;the public security image also promotes public satisfaction and plays a greater role;excessive public expectations will reduce satisfaction;the impact between public trust and public satisfaction is significant.In addition,from the perspective of internal influencing factors,there are negative factors such as departmental barriers,conceptual deviations,low integration of software and hardware,and insufficient police resources in the public security organs,which affect the improvement of public satisfaction and hinder the service efficiency.Therefore,this paper believes that shaping a good public security image and enhancing the credibility of public security organs are the fundamental prerequisites for improving public satisfaction.Improving service quality is an important guarantee for improving public satisfaction.Improving the internal working mechanism of public security is a realistic need to improve public satisfaction.In the future,the public security work should be improved from the aspects of expanding’Internet + public security government service’,accelerating the construction of service standardization,breaking through the barriers between police types,improving the internal incentive mechanism,improving the comprehensive ability of personnel,and improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism. |
