Research On The Efficiency Of Institutional Pension Service And Its Influencing Factors

With the continuous improvement and deepening of elderly care policies,governments at all levels in China have increased their investment in the elderly care industry year by year.The number of elderly care institutions has significantly increased,and the number of elderly care beds has also significantly increased.However,the efficiency of elderly care services in China is still very prominent.Although the number of elderly care institutions has increased,the improvement in the supply effect of elderly care services is not significant.How to fully leverage the utilization efficiency of investment funds and elderly care resources,improve the utilization efficiency of institutional elderly care resources,and avoid or reduce the coexistence of resource shortage and resource waste is the key to the development of China’s elderly care industry and the elderly care industry.This paper takes "indicator construction efficiency measurement space-time analysis influencing factors improving strategies" as the main line,selects 31 provinces and cities except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan as the research object,and on the basis of sufficient efficiency evaluation indicators,comprehensively uses DEA model,spatial analysis and other methods to study the efficiency of institutional elderly care services and its influencing factors in 2010-2019,and gives strategies to improve the efficiency of institutional elderly care services.The research results show that the overall efficiency of elderly care services in institutions in China is relatively low,with a comprehensive service efficiency below 0.7and an uneven distribution of spatial efficiency.This imbalance is mainly caused by differences in human resource support,elderly care infrastructure,and elderly care demand density among different regions.However,with economic and cultural exchanges between regions,the gap in service efficiency of elderly care institutions is also narrowing,forming a balanced development trend.This study integrates spatiotemporal evolution into the study of the efficiency of institutional elderly care services,greatly broadening the research perspective of elderly care institutions,integrating research content from disciplines such as geography and space into the field of elderly care services,and extending the content of the efficiency of institutional elderly care services.From the analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution of service efficiency,it points out the direction for the future development of elderly care institutions.In future development,it is necessary to focus on improving hardware facilities such as elderly care infrastructure,Cultivate and introduce excellent professional talents to provide soft power support for the development of elderly care institutions.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.
