Organizational Blood:Research On Inner-party Traffic Of CPC Jiangxi Party Organization (1921-1937)

On the basis of collection of archives,historical materials,anthologies,chronographs,memoirs,local Chronicles and other materials,this paper takes the inner-party traffic as the research object,runs through the development of Jiangxi Party organization,and tries to analyze the basic laws of the development of innerparty traffic in Jiangxi from the perspective of new revolutionary history,so as to deepen the understanding of inner-party traffic.It is mainly divided into the following six plates.First,from the Great Revolution to the Agrarian Revolution,the Communist Party of China changed the way of transportation development within the party,from a single line,sparsely staffed subsidiary,scattered traffic stations to the party,government,and military in parallel,crisscross lines,large numbers of people,and diverse functions.The two major transportation systems of Jinggangshan Former Enemy Committee and Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China were formed,and their germination and evolution were mainly introduced.Second,mainly around the traffic workers selection,group composition,education and training and daily work.It is found that the training of traffic workers pays special attention to practical training,and the psychological pressure and career fate of traffic workers are important factors for the unpopularity of traffic workers.Third,as an important carrier of inner-party traffic,traffic station takes on different forms in different areas.The choice of the geographical location of the traffic station needs to be decided by combining the actual requirements of the development of the Communist Party of China and the situation of local revolutionary development.In order to maintain the good operation of the traffic station,the first problem is the selection and allocation of the traffic station personnel.The second is the system construction,such as the establishment of provincial traffic station.Fourth,from the perspective of actual state analysis,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the traffic relationship between the party organizations of Jiangxi Province and Soviet District.Generally speaking,the traffic between the party organizations is facing the predicament of traffic jam.Fifth,the way of survival of inner-party traffic : the first is financial support.Four sources : Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee system mostly from the central allocation;the military system to fight more local tyrants to obtain;the government system mostly comes from taxation and personal self-financing of traffickers.Three major expenses : transportation personnel living expenses;activity funds for carrying out traffic tasks;traffic station construction and maintenance costs.In addition,this paper also explains the efforts made by the CPC Jiangxi Party Headquarters to alleviate traffic congestion from the perspectives of confidentiality measures and overall transportation.Sixth,the way of survival of inner-party traffic : the first is financial support.Four sources : Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee system mostly from the central allocation;the military system to fight more local tyrants to obtain;the government system mostly comes from taxation and personal self-financing of traffickers.Three major expenses : transportation personnel living expenses;activity funds for carrying out traffic tasks;traffic station construction and maintenance costs.In addition,this paper also explains the efforts made by the CPC Jiangxi Party Headquarters to alleviate traffic congestion from the perspectives of confidentiality measures and overall transportation.
