Research On Marx’s Concept Of The Wage

Guided by the methodology of historical materialism,this paper explores the essence of Marx’s concept of wages under the production relations in capitalist society,and examines the living state and existing mode of workers in capitalist society through wages.Excavate the operating logic of capital and its profit-seeking nature,and expose that capitalists exploit workers in order to seize surplus value under the production relations in capitalist society,while workers keep losing their essential secrets in the process of engaging in this productive labor.By criticizing the abstract understanding of the concept of wages by Adam Smith and david ricardo,representatives of classical political economy,Marx explains the true connotation of the concept of wages.On this basis,Marx fundamentally distinguished the price of labor from the price of labor,and showed that wages are the price of labor,not the price of labor.On this basis,he discussed the historical principles contained in the concept of wages.By analyzing the contradiction between wages and capital in capitalist society,the contradiction between wage labor and capital,and the contradiction between bourgeoisie and proletariat are deeply explored,thus discussing the necessity of eliminating wage labor and the reality of proletarian liberation.Marx’s critique of political economy is an out-and-out philosophical revolution.Through the study of wages,Marx revealed the materialized workers behind capital and how to realize the return of human nature.With the development of modern society,capitalism has taken on many new faces,and the present situation of workers and their wages have also changed greatly.However,according to Marx’s judgment,no matter how the wage pattern changes and how the social welfare is improved,as long as the wage system exists,the fact that the working class is exploited will not change,and the study of Marx’s wage concept is still valuable.
