In the process of Party building and development,cadre education and training always play an important supporting role.The Party has continuously promoted the education and training of cadres in practice,condensed a series of valuable experience.Among them,the achievements of Party cadres education and training since the reform and opening up are particularly remarkable.Since the reform and opening up,the Party’s cadre education and training has realized the goal and orientation of the continuous clear,the system and mechanism of the continuous improvement,the content and method of the continuous innovation,accumulated rich experience in cadre education and training.To start the new journey,we need to continue to strengthen the education and training of cadres,and provide solid guarantee for the great new project of Party building with high-quality cadre education and training.Therefore,it is necessary to review history,sum up experience,condense enlightenment,and further
