| Our country is stepping into the era of longevity.The pension industry attracts increasing attention from all walks of life.The aging of population structure,the change of family structure and the transformation of social pension concept make people pay more and more attention to the pension industry.Under the guidance of national policies,"silver industry" has gradually become a sunrise industry.In the early 21 st century,China began to learn from the experience of foreign pension models,and began to introduce the pension model of continuous care retirement community(CCRC).After more than ten years of exploration,continuous care retirement community has had a certain start and development in China.Continuing care retirement communities combine the advantages of residential care and community care while effectively avoiding the disadvantages of both.The elderly need to go through a period of adaptation when they move into the nursing home.If the adaptation is not good,it will have adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the elderly.Elderly care institutions need to constantly improve the accommodation adaptation service system to help elderly residents better adapt to institutional life.L pension community is a continuous care retirement community set up by social forces.In L pension community,accommodation adaptation service is an important part of community service.This thesis takes L retirement community as the research field,takes life mode as the theoretical guidance,and uses participative observation,in-depth interview and case analysis to deeply understand the process and mechanism of accommodation adaptation service in continuous care retirement community.The core of life model theory is the combination of ecological logic and stress coping logic.According to the life model theory,individuals and the environment interact and transform each other,but there are also conflicts and contradictions between the two.In this case,individuals need to use personal resources and environmental resources to cope with pressure.According to the life model theory,"adaptation" mainly includes three basic aspects: the exploitation of individual ability and the play of growth ability,the improvement of environment and social support,and the enhancement of the matching level between individuals and environment.According to the three basic aspects of ecological logic,pressure coping logic and adaptation in the theory of living model,this thesis makes a descriptive analysis of the accommodation adaptation service of L pension community,and summarizes the experience of accommodation adaptation service of L pension community.When the accommodation is well adapted,the accommodation adaptation services of L elderly care community follow the ecological logic;when the accommodation is not suitable,the accommodation adaptation services of the community follow the pressure coping logic.Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews,it is found that the problems existing in the current residential adaptation services are mainly manifested in the shortcomings of the characteristics of graded nursing in the continuous care retirement community,the deviation of social work intervention,and the deviation of the enjoyment of residential adaptation services for the elderly.Using the life model theory to analyze the problem,it is found that the limited environmental improvement strategy,the insufficient personal adjustment strategy and the misalignment of individual and environmental matching of L elderly care community occupancy adaptation service lead to the above problems.Based on this,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions: optimize the intervention path of social workers,and improve the matching strategy between individuals and the environment;Strengthen the role of social workers and pay attention to psycho-emotional intervention;Tap into the resources of the community for the healthy elderly to promote the transformation of individuals and the environment. |
