Study On Party Construction In Hubei-Henan Border Region(1939-1945)

Hubei-Henan border area was one of the important strategic areas established by the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War.The reason why the Party organizations in Hubei and Henan border region can recover,develop and consolidate under the extremely difficult environment is because of the strong leadership of the party committee in the border region.The Party committees of Hubei and Henan border regions made remarkable contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan by continuously strengthening their own construction and carrying out other works.This paper starts from the background,development context,main content,experience and enlightenment of the Party’s construction in Hubei and Henan Border areas.The main content includes five parts,which are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the value of the research on party building in Hubei and Henan border region from the theoretical and practical dimensions,summarizes the current research status,finds the weak points and innovations,and determines the research objectives and content of this paper and the research methods to be adopted on this basis.The second chapter analyzes the background and development of the party construction in Hubei-Henan border area.When the War of Resistance against Japan broke out,the Communist Party of China needed to unite the party,government,military and civilian forces in the border region to fight against Japan.However,at this time,the Party’s own strength was weak and there were still many problems.In order to cope with the development of the situation,it had to strengthen its own construction.At the same time,according to the development of the Anti-Japanese War situation in the border region,the development of the Party can be divided into three periods: restoration,development and consolidation.The third chapter introduces the main contents of party construction in Hubei-Henan border area.Based on the actual situation and combined with the needs of the war of Resistance against Japan,the Party committee of Hubei and Henan Border region carried out the construction of the Party in various aspects,mainly from the ideological construction,organizational construction,style construction,the party’s leadership of the political power and so on,which greatly improved the party’s fighting capacity.The fourth chapter focuses on the experience and enlightenment of the party construction in the border region.This paper summarizes the experience of party building of Hubei province and Henan border region,and puts forward the enlightenment of party building on this basis.The fifth chapter summarizes the thesis and explains the research content and main value of the thesis.
