Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Zhouying Town

The village collective economy is a public-owned economy that adapts to the socialist market economic system,takes farmers as the main body,takes voluntary and mutual benefit as the principle,and realizes benefit sharing through unified management and family management.Strengthening the village collective economy can narrow the urban-rural gap and accelerate the process of agricultural and rural modernization.This thesis analyzes the current situation of village collective economy development in Zhouying Town,Zaozhuang City,and finds that the village collective economy in Zhouying Town has made certain achievements in land transfer efficiency,development basis and mode after years of development,but there is still a big gap between the requirements of the organization and the expectations of the people.Due to the inadequate implementation of policies,the poor organizational structure at the grass-roots level,the insufficient motivation of participants and the weak foundation of the rural economy in Zhouying Town,there are still some problems in the current development of the village collective economy,such as weak policy support,lack of development factors,large labor gap,serious debt and heavy burden in some villages.Based on the actual situation of Zhouying Town,and the author drew on several typical cases of the development of village collective economy in China,and put forward several development paths of village collective economy in Zhouying Town,which are to strengthen the leading role of party construction,expand the channels of collective income increase,and strengthen the play of government functions Standardize the organization operation management and innovate the economic development model.
