| For a long time,China’s development has always revolved around clothing,food,housing,and transportation.In the inherent concept of the people,the most direct idea is "having a house is having a home",regardless of whether it is high-income or low-income groups.Having a house gives you a sense of belonging and security.The construction of affordable housing in China has been accompanied by urban reform and development,and has gone through a continuous process of exploration.As an important component of China’s social security system,affordable housing has greatly alleviated the housing difficulties of middle and low-income groups,and played a significant role in realizing their dream of "living with a place to live".Based on the theory of government intervention,welfare economics,housing filtering,and fair distribution,this paper takes affordable housing in H City as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,survey and comparison to study the current situation of affordable housing in H City,analyze the deficiencies in the security,implementation,and subsequent operation and management of affordable housing policy policies in H City,and analyze the underlying reasons one by one,It also proposes solutions that are in line with the reality of H city,namely,improving the affordable housing policy policy system,improving the public awareness,taking multiple measures to solve the housing supply problem,clarifying the government departments and market positioning,promoting the intelligent management system,scientifically planning the location and layout of affordable housing,optimizing the property management mechanism of affordable housing,guiding residents to participate in the construction of affordable housing communities,and promoting the better development of affordable housing management in H city. |
