| Teachers are different from traditional occupations.Teachers are engineers of the human soul,and their occupations have received widespread attention from all walks of life.Therefore,teachers must pay attention to the improvement of personal professional level and promote the improvement of the overall quality of teachers.Teachers should have a sense of professional identity,play their own value in the teaching class,and promote the growth of students.Over the years,the country has attached great importance to the reform of education and constantly promoted the equalization of educational resources.The country has also continuously issued relevant policies to promote the development of education and pointed out the future development direction for teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of junior high school young teachers’ professional identity,analyze various factors and root causes that affect professional identity,and put forward specific measures to effectively improve their professional identity according to the actual situation,so as to promote the in-depth study of their theories.This study takes the junior high school in D District of H City as an example.Through a questionnaire survey of 301 young teachers in primary and secondary schools from different backgrounds,and relevant interviews with six of them,the data are analyzed,summarized,verified and integrated,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The professional identity of junior middle and young teachers is generally at an average level.(2)The level of professional identity of young teachers in junior high school will be affected by factors such as gender,age,education background,teaching period,post nature,teaching class type,school type,total work performance,etc.(3)The professional identity level of junior high school young teachers is not significantly affected by the professional title and the number of hours per week.The author analyzed and summarized the influencing factors in all aspects,and concluded that the root causes of the problem of professional identity of junior high school young teachers mainly come from four aspects: policy,society,school and individual teachers.According to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on the promotion of professional identity of young teachers in junior high school from the perspectives of society,government,teachers and schools.From the perspective of the government,we should improve the management system of teachers’ staffing,deepen the reform of the evaluation system of teachers’ professional titles and strive to improve the treatment of teachers;As far as society is concerned,it is necessary to create a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,give reasonable professional expectations and establish a trinity education system of society,school and family;For schools,it is necessary to establish a diversified teacher evaluation system,provide professional training and further study opportunities for teachers,and build a distinctive campus organizational culture;From the perspective of individual teachers,they should actively improve their sense of self-efficacy and professional ability,and strengthen psychological self-regulation. |
